摘要：
The paper reports on the main outcomes of project EURESCOM P413 Task 2 '' Optical networking in the local loop '', highlighting the common understanding of European Public Network Operators (PNOs) on fibre based access network architectures for residential and business customers in a multiservice scenario. The results of this study encompass introduction guidelines, modelling methodologies, economic appraisal of technical alternatives and key issues for standardization.
