摘要:
This paper is concerned with the event-triggered fault estimation problem for a class of networked systems with redundant communication channels. For the purpose of reducing communication energy and avoiding communication burden, the event-triggered mechanism is employed to govern the signal transmissions between the remote estimator and sensors. In order to resist the adverse effects induced by packet dropouts, a redundant-channel-based communication mechanism is employed to enhance the signal transmission reliability of the network. The aim of this paper is to design a fault estimator based on the available measurement outputs subject to the event-triggering mechanism and the redundant-channel-based transmission mechanism such that an upper bound of the estimation error covariance is provided and then minimized by designing appropriate parameter of the estimator. The desired estimator gain matrix is calculated recursively by solving two Riccati-like difference equations. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show the effectiveness of the fault estimation method proposed in this paper.
