摘要：

This document describes the functionality of the General-Purpose Modeling Tool application, a platform designed for enabling collaboration between people participating in different areas of the model development workflow (i.e. domain experts, database modelers and technology experts), facilitating data management, data processing and versioning. The focus will be on showing the solution approach regarding the challenges of making various aspects of the tool a reality, without going too deep into technical details concerning the implementation itself.
