摘要
In the present work we study the influence of the anodization temperature on the morphology and optical properties of porous silicon monolayers and multilayers. LTV filters for the wavelength range of 200-400 nm were fabricated at low temperatures and their optical response was compared with the metallic mirrors as well as with the filters made at room temperature.
