摘要
Granulomatous lesions of the neck are common in children and are usually infectious in origin. In the United States, nontuberculous mycobacterial infection accounts for most granulomatous lesion of the neck in immunocompetent children. This article focuses on the following granulomatous disorders: nontuberculous mycobacterial infection, tuberculosis, cat-scratch disease, tularemia, histoplasmosis, and sarcoidosis.
