摘要：

The aim of this article is to provide an overview of the latest research results on technology transfer between a university and a company and between two companies, specifically on technology transfer and technology transfer issues. The description of the process has been the subject of a large number of studies, and a description of the process of technology transfer is given in the condensed form, accompanied by information on the results of modeling the efficiency and effectiveness of the process within the newly adapted Maturity model for the technology transfer process. The studies dealing with the details complicating the smooth transfer of technology have not been so frequent. Nevertheless, the authors have collected enough information about the most problematic part of the technology transfer process - commercialization.
