摘要
Real estate industry is the weak realm of risk analyzing and application. This paper combines the characteristics of real estate development and management, specifics to the deficiency of traditional financial evaluation methods which ignore the risk factors and reflects the risk appraisal results in the financial index through Monte Carlo simulation. The paper studies the impact of real estate development and management risk on economic benefit, makes the financial index reflect relevant risk condition and provides basis for scientific decisions.
