摘要
Field measurements on power controlled reverse link signal transmission in DS-CDMA mobile radio in the 2GHz frequency band have been conducted near Tokyo to investigate the effect of spreading chip rates on the mobile transmit power distribution. It has been demonstrated that the use of a 7.86Mchip/s chip rate reduces the median transmit power level by similar to 6dB compared with 0.96Mchip/s.
