摘要：

The application and extension of agricultural WUE technologies in Hebei province has accelerated transformation of scientific water-saving technology into agricultural productivities resulting in substantial economic, social and ecological benefits. The approaches are based on pracrical water saving engineering technologies such as sprinkle irrigation micro as well as canal lining etc. these practices are combined with WUE irrigation scheduling and engineering management measures to conduct technical renovation for integrated LP pipe water conveyance and burying the head hub beneath the ground pipeline network. These have been achieved in virtue of setting up sound water-saving technologies extension network, improving policies, and tighten project management.
