摘要：
In this paper, the author conducts an empirical research on influential factors of Chinese tourism management majored graduates based on a questionnaire survey on tourism management graduates from five Chinese universities. Several factors which largely determine the employment of Chinese tourism gradates are found including tourism professional skills, tourism-related working experiences, and the recognition of the development prospects of the tourism industry. At the end of the paper, the author provides several suggestions in promoting the career development the tourism management graduates in Chinese universities. This research may provide references for sustaining Chinese tourism higher education.
