摘要
Separation of sulfate and sulfite compounds from acidic wastewater was achieved by using electrodialysis (ED). The principle was to use electrochemical instrument to achieve effective migration of sulfate ion in solution, separate sulfuric acid from water, and ultimately achieve the purpose of wastewater recycle. To investigate the ion migration dynamics and controlling factors in the separation process, we used the sulfuric acid solution as the research object. Under different conditions of temperature, voltage, flow rate and concentration of sulfuric acid, ion migration rate of electrodialysis was studied. When the temperature was 50 degrees C, voltage was 8 V, flow rate was 24 mL/min, and concentration of sulfuric acid was 150 g/L, the ion migration rate in the electrodialysis process reached the highest point. The influence of ultrasonic power on the ion transport process was also investigated. The results showed that the combined effect of ultrasound and electrodialysis was not obvious.
