Dynamic derivation and inheritance for discrete event simulation

Dynamic derivation and inheritance is presented, which gives the program designer the possibility to extend, unify, encapsulate and, consequently, the ability to restrict, split or even de-inherit some attributes at run-time, as opposed to the compile-time methods offered by most of the presently used OO (object-oriented) languages. General concepts, implementation and application of these dynamic OO methods in simulation of communicating systems are outlined.
