摘要：

Total electron scattering cross sections are reported for Ne and Ar for 300-4500 eV and He for 300-2000 eV electrons by measurement of the electron-beam intensity attenuation through a gas cell. These cross sections are compared with the previous experimental measurements and the predictions by theoretical and semi-empirical models. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
