摘要
The paper presents the design and characterization of an all-solid-state wideband high-efficiency 465-555GHz frequency tripler. The circuit adopts the anti-parallel diode pair (APDP) to fulfill the multiplier mechanism. And the balanced structure increases the handling capabilities. In order to enhance the efficiency, the marching and filter circuit are design by the suspended-microstrip structure. The whole circuit is fabricated by 30 mu m-thick quartz to achieve low insertion loss and wide band. According to the measured results, the output power of the tripler in the whole band is better than - 9dBm.
