摘要
Presented are the results of laboratory studies, pilot tests and commercial application of the technologies intended to enhance oil recovery and for water shutoff, using thermotropic nanostructured gels and compositions based on surfactant and buffer systems. The new thermotropic nanostructured systems with two gel-forming components, polymer and inorganic, generating in situ "gel-in-gel" structures with improved rheological characteristics and structural-mechanical properties, proved to be promising. To enhance oil recovery of high-viscosity oil deposits in the temperature range of 20-210 degrees C, the new multifunctional composition (MFK) with an adjustable viscosity, low interfacial tension, high buffer capacity in a wide pH range was created. MFK is both oil-displacing and flow-diverting, provides enhance in the oil recovery factor (ORF) due to the increase in oil displacement and formation sweep by water or steam flooding.
