摘要
The nano modifying additives usage for developing new building materials is a significant scientific problem. It is hypothesized that a nano modifying additive, which has a positive effect on achieving a perfect structure of heavy concrete, can also form an improved variatropic structure during vibrocentrifugation. This will allow the most complete and effective use of the advantages of the resulting variatropic structure of vibrocentrifuged concrete. A planetary ball mill "Acti-vator-4M & DPRIME;was used to grind the components to a finely dispersed state. A particle analyzer "MicroSizer-201C & DPRIME;was used for fast and accurate particle size distribution measurement. It was found that the highest cube and prismatic compressive strengths, axial tensile and flexural tensile strengths, and elastic modulus, as well as the smallest strains, were recorded when micro-silica was added to concrete in an amount of 10%. Increases in strength characteristics by layers were up to 30% for the outer layer, 26% for the middle layer, and 5% for the inner layer. During axial compression and tension, the ultimate strains decreased to 21% in the outer layer, 16% in the middle layer, and up to 2% in the inner layer. Graphical dependencies of concrete properties on its composition are obtained. Integral properties, which are now more widely used in all standards for calculating such structures, have also been investigated. It was found that the integral, that is, averaged, properties also have a significant effect due to the recommended developed recipe-technological method.
