摘要
Bit size measurement of parts of large plate-shaped hole has been a technical difficulty. The detection principle is controlled CCD photoelectric detection system along the rail for uniform linear motion by the console to measured holes large plate-shaped spaces workpiece size measurement Through digital image processing technology and image mosaic technology to process the image of photoelectric detection system collected Object-image telecentric beam path design, and use the written procedures to detect the shape and position and the results can be real-time display in computer.
