摘要：

A 6-year-old boy, with chronic cough and sputum production, has a single sensitization to Aspergillus fumigatus. The diagnosis of cystic fibrosis is concluded with sweat test and genetic screening. Cystic fibrosis should be considered beyond severe asthma, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, chronic cough more likely with A. fumigatus sensitization. (C) 2009 Elsevier Masson SAS.
