摘要:
Intermetallic compound ErFe11W has been synthesized by a reduction-diffusion process with superfine iron powder as a starting material. The compound and the interstitial derivatives ErFe(11)WZ(x) (Z = N, H) crystallize in the tetragonal ThMn12 structure and the tungsten atoms occupy the 8i site. The introduction of nitrogen atoms into the ErFe11W compound easily changes the magnetization direction from the c-axial to the basal plane and the Curie temperature and saturation magnetization increase simultaneously.
