摘要
Permanent-magnet synchronous motors are increasingly being used in high-speed blower drives. Due to the high operating speeds, a low-pole design is usually expedient. Particularly unfavorable conditions exist for short motors in which a large part of the winding copper is inactive in the winding overhang. For these low-pole short motors, winding systems are desirable which lead to the shortest possible winding overhangs. Here, distributed single-layer tooth coil windings offer a solution. The systematics of distributed single-layer tooth coil windings is derived and a 4-pole spindle motor is used to illustrate how different winding systems affect the stationary operating behavior.
