摘要
The aim of the present study is to observe the behaviour of the volatile elements cadmium and lead during the coal combustion process in a thermal power station, through the analysis of the pulverized coal, the fly ashes and the bottom ashes. It was necessary to develop a coal and ash digestion procedure by using an analytical microwave oven. The quantitative analysis was carried out in a Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer with Zeeman effect.
