摘要
With the rapid development of data center, the promotion for efficiency and power density of the voltage regulator module (VRM) are paid considerable attention. Passive components take up a large proportion of the total volume, and the widely used two-stage converter causes large power loss. In this paper, a novel magnetic structure integrating the magnetic parts of two interleaved converters using single-stage converter is proposed. The transformer and the two inductors of current-doubler rectifier (CDR) are integrated into one magnetic. The magnetic parts of the two interleaved phases are then integrated into one core, with a phase shifting angle to emigrate the current ripple of the output inductor. Compared to the original two interleaved phases, the proposed integrated single-stage converter has higher density and lower core losses. A 1V/120A simulation based on Maxwell and simplorer and a prototype of single-stage converter operating at 1MHz with GaN devices are presented to verify the theoretical analysis.
