摘要：

Chemoselective and diastereoselective synthesis of halogenated [1,3] oxazino [2,3-a] isoquinolines, based on one-pot three-component reactions of isoquinoline and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of -chloro and -bromo ketone derivatives in good to high yields, are reported.
