The construction of service type government in China

Chinese government has released the power on control all of the public resources since economy reform, and starts to provide more service for society than before. Along with the reform of administration, the issue of vacancy, taking over and wrong location of government function has become a serious problem for the development of market economy and society. The authors believe that government need to reconstruction its function and take public service first, improve the transformation of government function, administration publicity, governing along with law, establish government performance evaluation system etc. to construct a regulated, effective and transparent service type government in China. Both government and public start to consider the function of government and the result is obvious, government should be service type and public oriented.
