摘要
In this paper, we report a driver circuit design for electrostatic-type of airborne ultrasound transmitter. The proposed circuit consists of a CMOS switch and an inductor to drive the capacitive load. In the experiment, the prototype system including the transducer achieved 37 % electro-acoustic energy conversion efficiency. Besides, we prototyped a phased array with the proposed circuit and evaluated the focusing performance.
