摘要
In this paper the electrochemical properties of titania nanotubular (TNT) arrays by galvanostatic method and cyclic voltammetry are studied. The high stability of TNT based electrodes during long cycling without any serious violations of the structure was demonstrated. The absolute discharge capacity dependence from oxide layer thickness was established. It was found that with TNT arrays thickness increasing additional contribution of pseudocapacity in the total capacity of the structure is possible.
