摘要
In this paper, a current-doubler rectifier with coupled inductors for high step-down applications is proposed. The proposed current-doubler rectifier includes two sets of coupled inductors, which can extend duty ratio to reduce the pea current through the isolation transformer and lower output current ripple. Additionally, the lea age inductors of the coupled inductors can limit current slew rate of the rectifier diodes, reducing reverse recovery loss significantly. In this study, a full-bridge phase-shift converter with the proposed rectifier, input voltage of, output voltage of, and full load power of W was built, from which experimental measurements have shown that the efficiency can reach as high as under full load condition.
