摘要
In this paper we report on the preparation of tellurium nanofilms by low energy cluster beam deposition (LECBD) and compare the structure and properties of the him with those of the films prepared by conventional evaporation techniques. The laser beam interaction with these films is also addressed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
