摘要
The main drawback of traditional teaching is that it is not systematically founded. The system is the connection of different parts as a whole. Teaching is not a complete cognitive system, because, as a rule, there is no feedback. Feedback represents "the meter" which measures the systematic foundation of teaching and other activities. Teaching is more founded on entropic than on systematically approach.. New approaches are possible only by appearance of new technology. Information organisational paradigm of teaching is a thorough macro didactical innovation. New information technology is smaller and smaller, more powerful, cheaper and more available for school. It is expected that new IT contributes at the school becomes the school of success for all the students. It is to become the winner in learning. However, young people at home and out of school live in a technologically rich environment and they expect changes in education in accordance with the imperatives of education for 21 century. Permanent teacher's education in the area of new technologies becomes necessary. We made a WEB portal for on-line permanent education and teacher's experience with the materials are excellent
