摘要
This paper summarizes the assessment process of the daily teachers' performance appraisal in universities, starts from the college and faculty, carries on the detailed demand research, elaborates and completes the indicator performance construction of the competitive performance appraisal project by using analytic hierarchy process, evaluates the results of the assessment, discusses and puts forward the evaluation measures. Through achieving information management system to enhance the level of daily management, competitive performance management system establishes the support foundation of the later examination, realizes a series of individual competitive performance management processes such as curriculum satisfaction assessment, data aggregation, query of performance scoring and realization of comprehensive statistics and analysis for teachers' performance scores.
