摘要
The effect of dietary supplementation of organic selenium as selenium yeast on a various aspects of selenium status of dairy goats was investigated using 12, healthy milking goats during 10 weeks of supplementation period. The milking goats were allocated to two groups of 6 animals. Group I was control and fed a basal diet contained 0.045 mg / kg feed DM and was not received additional selenium supplements. The group II was supplemented one and received 0.15 mg / kg feed DM as selenium-enriched yeast (Sel-plex,ALLTECH, Inc.). The concentration of selenium in the whole blood, plasma and milk was significantly higher in the supplemented group than in control group. The activity of enzyme GSH-Px in erythrocytes had a significantly higher in supplemented group than in control one. There was significant difference in the concentrations of triodothyronine (T3) and FT4 between groups, but the concentration of thyroxine were no difference difference between groups.
