摘要：
In the title compound, C29H22F6N4S2, a new symmetric photochromic dithienylethene, the distance between the two reactive C atoms in the mol-ecule is 3.475 (3) Å. The dihedral angles between the central cyclo-pentene ring and the two thio-phene rings are 57.9 (1) and 51.2 (1)°. The molecule has no imposed crystallographic symmetry. © 2007 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.
