摘要：

Reliable regional prediction of coal and gas outbursts is a decisive technique that guarantees safe and efficient production for the coal seam with possible outburst hazard. Objective and reasonable economic benefit evaluation is an important embodiment of application value of technique of regional prediction of coal and gas outburst, but actual means are depicted simply with qualitative means, and value gross which is exerted prevention technic is regarded as economic benefit, so that the importance of regional prediction of coal and gas outburst can't be explained well and wrong basis for decision making is offered. To address the above problems, quantitive assessment model and method of economic benefit of regional prediction of coal and gas outburst is established by using statistical method and hierarchical analysis method in this paper.
