On Building of "Four Mechanisms" of Coordinating Labor Relations

摘要
"Tripartite mechanism" has given full play in coordinating labor relations. However, it is obvious that there also exists a variety of restrictions in practicing labor relations coordination in terms of the "tripartite mechanism" with the development of economy and increasingly complicated labor relations. Therefore, "Four mechanisms" has been constructed. In addition, in order to promote "Four Mechanisms", four proposals have been put forward: strengthening Trade Unions' status and functions in safeguarding laborers' legitimate rights and benefits; building a sound system for the government to coordinate labor relations; strengthening Enterprises' Fulfillment of Social Responsibility and giving full play to non-governmental agencies' active role in coordinating labor relations.
