摘要
A study was conducted to describe the lower asymptotically exact constant in the central limit theorem. The study conducted investigations to prove the existence and find the exact value of the minimum possible coefficient k in the inequality 4. The inequality had c = c(k), which was a finite quantity depending only on k, while the remainder r(n, β) was an infinitesimal of higher order of smallness than the Lyapunov fraction. The investigations referred to this minimal value of k in the inequality 4 as the lower asymptotically exact constant.
