摘要
Results of the Maximum Entropy algorithm applied to the reconstruction of electron momentum density from a series of Compton profiles measured with high-resolution for lithium metal are discussed. It is shown that the model-free Maximum Entropy Method may be a very valuable tool provided that an accurate set of experimental data is available. The requirements in this respect are much more stringent than in other methods of reconstruction of the momentum density distribution.
