Implementation Plan Design of Labor Cost Management System

Labor cost management system implementation needs to be worked out a practical implementation plan. Proposed design labor cost management system of enterprises in implementing programs not only needs to protect the legitimate rights of employees, but also needs to ensure economic efficiency and competitiveness of products. It also requires appropriate labor cost control method to get the best artificial cost in order to achieve the purpose of controlling labor costs. This paper focuses on present situation of labor cost management in China, and the implementation plan design of the lab the labor cost management system was carried out from the ten areas.
