摘要：
On the basis of introducing the notion of knowledge management and independent innovation, this paper discusses the significance of applying knowledge management to the independent innovation and analyzes the mechanism of knowledge management enhancing the independent innovation abilities. Finally, a model of knowledge management for R&D organization' independent innovation is put forward.
