摘要
This paper presents an improved parallel resonant push-pull inverter for induction heating applications by using integral cycle control. In this method the switching frequency is defined by Phase Locked Loop (PLL) circuits. The aim of this paper is to design a small and high efficiency package for an induction heating. The proposed topology has been analyzed in steady state and transient conditions. One of the advantages of this modification is the low harmonic in ac-line current; the THD is less than %2. The validity of this method is verified through computer simulations and hardware experiment at the operating frequency of 55 kHz to 60 kHz.
