摘要
In this paper, a compact series-fed ten-element circularly polarized (CP) microstrip patch antenna array excited with Dolph-Chebyshev distribution implemented by stub-loaded slow-wave transmission line (SW-TL) feed network is proposed. Due to the slow-wave property of the SW-TL, the inter-element spacing of the array is as small as 0.3 lambda(0). It can achieve about 9.2% impedance bandwidth and 1.5% 3-dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth. The simulated sidelobe level of the antenna array is -23dB and the antenna gain is 11.9 dBi.
