New heterogeneous catalyst for enantioselective borane reduction of ketones: phosphinamide anchored to nickel boride

摘要
A new example of heterogenization of a homogeneous catalyst by anchoring the chiral molecule to nickel boride is reported. The enantioselectivity in the reduction of acetophenone reaches that reported under homogeneous conditions. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
