Flow injection-chemiluminescence determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride

摘要：
When oxytetracycline hydrochloride was heated in a boiling water bath,it reacted with sodium periodate and hydrogen peroxide in acidity medium, and then produced chemiluminescence signals. A new chemiluminescence method for determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride using now injection technique has been established. The linear range of the working curves was 1.0 x 10(-8) similar to 6.0 x 10(-6) g/mL oxytetracycline hydrochloride. The detection limit of oxytetracycline hydrochloride was 4.3 x 10(-9) g/mL and relative standard deviation was 2.5% (C-s =2.0x10(-6) g/mL; n =11).
