摘要：

A simple method for direct cannulation of aneurysms of the ascending aorta is described. It avoids the need for femoral artery cannulation and offers an easy route for retrograde cerebral perfusion during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. (C) 2000 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
