摘要
The effect of water vapor and oxygen gas on the electrical conductivity of aluminum nitride was studied in the temperature range 600-1400 degrees C. Oxygen and water vapor penetrate the solid electrolyte at high temperatures, causing first an increase and then a decrease in conductivity, without significantly changing the ionic transference number.
