20-50 GHz differential all-pass networks for phase-shifting applications

摘要
In this Letter, four differential All-Pass Networks are presented to introduce phase-shift at millimetre waves using a linear-phase synthesis procedure. The proposed networks achieve 1-3.5 dB insertion loss while having S-11, <-10 dB across the whole bandwidth, showing an almost constant group-delay, an RMS gain error of less than 0.15 dB and a phase-error of less than +3.5 degrees.
