摘要
Two mixed crystal series exist in the System Cu3Mo2O9/Zn3Mo2O9: Cu3(1-x)Zn3xMo2O9 with x = 0 to x = 0.8 and x = 0.88 to x = 1, respectively. Single crystals of Cu3(1-x)Zn3xMo2O9 (x = 0 to x = 0.8) have been obtained by chemical vapor transport in a temperature gradient 973K-->873K using Cl-2 as transport agents. The solid solution series were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, single crystal investigations and HRTEM investigations.
