摘要：
It can not solve a series of social and economic problems to solely rely on the government or the market action, but it is social enterprise that emerges in face of challenge with the development on the economy, which is the totally new economic and commercial model of social and environmental sustainability. It plays a crucial role on solving the variable social problems of our country at present and promoting sustainable development of urbanization to forward the development and construction of social enterprise.
