摘要
The time of logistics is an important factor to influence profit so how to control the time has become the key problem that needed to resolve in collaborative logistics area. In this paper, the collaborative logistics system of automobile manufacturing consists of an automobile manufacturer, a logistics supplier and a logistics seller. The logistics time includes dynamic time and static time which can be distributed by a called bi-level programming model. In this model the automobile manufacturer is defined as upper level planner to make the demand for logistics time, and the logistics supplier or the logistics seller is defined as lower level planner with relative freedom to distribute logistics time. The simulated annealing algorithm and discrete searching algorithm are used to solve the optimal solution of bi-level programming model. The result of empirical study shows that the model does well in controlling time of collaborative logistics system.
