摘要
Over the past 50 years it has been found that many real systems have spectra which are changing in time. In this article we explore the possibility of describing such systems with harmonic and nonlinear oscillator equations whose coefficients are time dependent. We show that time-frequency analysis offers a powerful method to study such systems. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science (USA).
