摘要：

In the last 2005 in Korea, a rule on the underground space was established and announced. This rule is being considered a milestone in the history of urban underground development in Korea, as a kind of landmark event in history that terminated the lawless state an underground space in Kores. This paper analyzes the contents of the rule, and how it will influence the future formation of urban underground spaces in Korea, as well as contemplating the future challenge for the rule to resolve.
